For whom the bell tolls.

Not a church or school bell tower but one to call the workers to the mill. This one is in our local mill, now closed but one of the original Arkwright water powered cotton mills.
It closed in 1866 and became a chair works until that closed 2 years ago. They are meant to be going to restore the building as a heritage museum but only time will tell.
