Pretending to be Sue...

I know I am Sue but I was pretending to be another Sue who for many years was always to be found here taking photographs of anybody who passed by. She worked for Happy Snaps or one of the many little shops who took photographs and handed you a card. Sue is the best known of all such photographers and most locals have various photographs of themselves with mum and maybe dad (but dad’s were usually at work) or as we got a little older with a friend. Maybe the most memorable thing about Sue was that she always wore a fairly skimpy bikini in summer while photographing. She’s still around but hasn’t been taking photographs in front of the church for many years...
