Devastated

Last evening Riley went to jump up on the arm of a leather arm chair he fell backwards, he squealed in pain he could not put his back leg onto the ground. 
We took him to the out of ours vet, as he had eaten they could not X-ray, they gave him pain killers, we brought him home, I slept with him all night.
This morning when the our vet opened at 8.30 we took him to see the vet, she now has him and they are going to X-ray his leg and do other test. We are sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. 

We have only had him 4 weeks and we are so much in love with him.
