A book I picked up on the weekend

We were waiting for a favourite sushi place to open and had 20 minutes to kill - we were early. We headed to a bookstore, Kinokuniya, and I came across this book. I thought it looked interesting, so now it's in our apartment for a read.
It looks a bit 'deep' but at the same time, seems like an interesting read about being introverted.
I don't normally just pick up a book like this - if it doesn't have amazing photography in it, it'll barely get a glance these days - but, I do admit to having an interest in this little subject...being something of an introvert at times. I'm interested to read the author's views and ideas anyway.
