Portobello Beach

I never knew Edinburgh has such a lovely sandy beach. The delights of this city just keep on coming! While J worked, the children and I spent the afternoon on the beach. It was so lovely doing karate practice, learning how to long jump, building sand castles, people watching and of course, knitting.

I took the plunge today and signed R up for online school. Eek!

Heading south to Manchester tmw. More tears from another child today wanting to go back home. Another month feels so so long. But a month today we'll be flying God willing!
