Pit hill

This is a section of a bench at pit hill where the doglets had a short run this afternoon. The monster dog was brilliant and settled into the day with no fuss or bother. Just perfect. Big dog was her usual gorgeous self.

I love the deep fissures in this wood. The passage of time wearing its way through, taking layers of wood that it gave through the passage of time whilst it was growing.
