I went swimming today, for the first time in a couple of months...only another 1,234 lengths to complete to meet my challenge of swimming the English Channel in the year. I've said it before, & will no doubt say again, that if I can just get into a habit of going once or twice a week it'll be achievable...I do really enjoy swimming, and don't know why I'm so easily dissuaded from going.

The sports centre/pool always have lovely flowers in the summer, these are some of them in the sunshine today.
