On Sunday I swapped some eggs for a blackcurrant picking session in a neighbours garden (they get loads more than we do).

I got around to properly de-stalking them today and started a batch of blackcurrant vinegar. The rest is being make into curd. Then if they’ll let me have some more I have some other recipes up my sleeve.
