South Downs Way

We took our bikes up the downs this afternoon and this view met us as we cycled between Cocking and Harting Down.

It was not an easy ride. The terrain was flinty and very very steep in places. I now prefer going up than down as going downwards makes me tense up so much I now ache all over! I can't win can I. I'm no Geraint Thomas that's for sure!
