Old, and in the way

I know how it feels. I made my claim for 'Personal Independence Payment,' (PIP) today at CAB. While describing my debilities and phobias, I wondered if some of it was to do with age, as well as the bastard Bipolar Disorder. I am independent, and would like to remain so. But will DWP agree? No doubt, I will let you know.
