Whinlatter

Today’s event took place in Whinlatter. Quite a change from open fell Orienteering with steep forested slopes. Having arrived early I enjoyed a tea and scone at the Visitor centre and a wander around taking photographs.

We were warned about bikers along the bike trails which we were allowed to cross but not run along. I quite liked this biker preparing before setting off on the trails.

Calling in to see friends tonight and looking forward to our rest day tomorrow.
