New Dish . . .

. . . for me. Now here's the thing . . . I'm not sure if Dd will be in the mood for salmon after she gets in from her long day on her latest course tonight, nor my best attempt at papillotes as we call these little aluminium folder-overs in Spain. Maybe the cooked version will get blipped by her . . . that would be a success!

In other news, we had the vents of the air conditioning covered with mosquito screening material (on the inside) and new workings inserted in the guest's bathroom cistern . . . I've had to do plumbing repair jobs three times recently in the wee small hours. So, I'm flushed with success, at least on one front!
