Shadows

A mixed day of sun and cloud but still hot.

A little business to attend in Filey this morning, so we took the opportunity to spend some time there. Had a picnic in the gardens (salad and fruit) overlooking the bay. Plenty of people about. Was pleased to see the gardeners dead heading the roses and bedding plants after the storms of the past week. The gardens were looking love!y.

Walked along further and took this picture looking towards Cayton Bay. I liked the shadows from the clouds.

Home now and been down the laundry! A day of contrasts!
