The Rocky Coast

Jon and I took off for a couple of days to the coast.  This is New Hampshire, Odiorne Point, a state park and seacoast science center geared toward the younger set, but lots of history here too.  We're spending the night in Maine and will return home tomorrow, Sumner's 29th Earth Birthday.  The plan is to take a cliff walk along the coast in Ogonquit, Maine and then We've decided to part with her ashes after nearly 6 years.  We'll be releasing them into the river where the bench is located.  It was a place of peace for her and I think it's fitting that this is the spot.   Difficult day ahead, but then this day is never an easy one.  Choosing to remember the love.
