YEAST TABLETS

Been taking these in the hope of getting my highly ribbed nails (extra1) to behave decently - they've been splitting vertically - not good.

Actually I'm mightily pissed off with Blipfoto which again, in its wisdom disappeared my offering for yesterday - it started with (extra2) featuring this modest young man who's brandishing the welsh dragon on the podium on the Champs Élysées having just won the yellow jersey for winning the Tour de France - so well done him!!

I also mentioned another pinnacle (extra3)... I went up there at the age of fourteen without a banjo or an accordion or a bad joke to drop. I flew a paper dart & it went for miles!
