Eucomis comosa - Pineapple Lillies

Shelley has had this Eucomis comosa for 10 years.  Commonly called Pineapple Lillies, it is a “species of flowering plant in the asparagus family Asparagaceae. A deciduous bulbous perennial growing to, 100 cm tall by 50 cm broad”  It is endemic to South Africa and in all that time has never flowered here.  Maybe this year ………
