It looks like the summer is over...

Can't recall the name of this plant but as kids we used to strip the red seed heads off between finger and thumb and throw them at the girls and shout "shabby wedding'.  I googled some key words and all I got was how I should spend a suitable amount for a Shabby Wedding gift and lots of 'luvvie' shallow speak stuff and warned never throw seed bombs at windows (or Macs?).  Sometimes I wonder if I'm from a different planet.
