The Look Out

An hour at Penarth pier this morning. The weather starting to pull in so some nice skies.  Saw this chap looking out from the pier towards the Flat Holm and Steep Holm islands. Did a little bit of work in Photoshop to desaturate the foreground keeping the colour in the sky and islands.
