Back to normal...

And i'm back....... back to roaming around meadows and loving life with the butterflies. 
I had a great couple of days away but there's nothing quite like your own bed is there. 
I have included some of my favourites from my trip as extras, but my main blip today is of a Red Admiral butterfly.
