I think I can, I think I can...

This praying mantis was attempting to go from one beam to the other, with some amount of difficulty. It kept slipping, caught itself precariously, tried again, with what looked like great concentration. Mother nature provides endless sources of amusement :)

My thanks for those of you who commented on my entry yesterday. I'm not a big proponent of writing novellas on this platform, but it just felt right and provided a 'safe space' with people I consider virtual friends. Thanks for your understanding :)
