Watermelon!

Today started off pretty late and lazy. Which was fine...except it was a bit too late and a bit too lazy, which meant the rest of the day was as rushed and stressy as a week day! It didn't help that, when we finally went to the shop I forgot to buy halloumi. (First World problems and all that...) This was an issue because I was making a halloumi, watermelon and mint salad and it is kind of a crucial ingredient!

We didn't go over to Jeri's today, she came here to ours. The boys are having a few days at their Dad's during the school holidays so it made sense.
 
Anyhow, it's almost 9 PM and I still have pots to wash so I'd better skidaddle!
