Lovely Veterans Day today. No school, and the children have got on fantastically all day. I love days like this.

And, even better, I found out a big surprise. My mum is arriving next week for Thanksgiving and my upcoming 40th birthday. I may have cried a little when I found out. I really miss my Mum.
