PORT BEACH

....at sunset tonight.  The clouds were tantalising us with the prospect of rain, the wind was blowing (nothing new), the sun was hitting the sand bank that is just holding together after all the erosion/washed away beach.
This shot is looking north towards Cottesloe.
If I turned around, I wouldn't be able to walk any further - erosion has completely taken hold of the beach and some boulders have been installed.
A good part of the sand has washed into the sea.
Anyhow, you can see the damage to our beach. 

We had the mother to be's parents to lunch today - Beef Curry, Fish Curry, Pumpkin and Chick Pea Dahl followed by Apple Crumble and ice-cream.
