This is photo that I took from a local Spanish newspaper, that I read while having a coffee, .....after my morning walk along the beach front, in Albir
It shows a group, of ......generally fit, young men....running up the beach, in Tarifa....in southern Spain.......
while holidaying families look on......

Such a photo could have been taken at any number of places along the Mediterranean coast .......

It highlights a dreadful problem facing so many people today.....if there were an easy solution....we would all know it!
