Still at it!

Started at 7:00 am this morning and still at it at four in the afternoon. The water table must be awfully low, although I think that most of what fills that pond is runoff water. To get an idea of the depth to which they have gone, when the excavator on the right goes down into the pit, I can just see the top of the cab. Maybe they will take a Sabbath rest!
