Rainbow gone...

There was a beautiful rainbow just beyond Strone Point but I thought that I would get a more dramatic shot by going round the other side of the Jail.
Suffice to say when I walked around the corner it had gone. Instead you get some traffic cones and the Union flag to brighten up an otherwise dull image.

I have been having a few "just out of warranty" camera issues recently so I have taken the plunge today and part-exed my a6000 for an a6500.
Thankfully with the Sony cash back, a great trade in price, the fee from my book cover (see yesterday's blip) and some money I had saved the new camera cost me very little. I nearly went full frame but lenses proved an issue and I would have needed a lottery win to sort out the glass especially at Sony's prices.
