Evening swim

J worked from home so I managed to get back a bit earlier. Headed out for a run to Portie. First run since the 50K and it hurt and it was all downhill. J met me down there so she could go for a swim. Great night for it nice and calm. Kilda had a great time on the beach running after her ball and doing some swimming.
