Random Horse

Early morning rain meant that we didn’t get out for our walk until after 10…slightly unfortunate as it was getting quite warm and Finlay was struggling a little.

On our way we passed this horse - and as we stopped to look at him he wandered across to the gate. Maybe he thought we had food for him.

I have been told by his owner that he can be a bit keen with his teeth - so I didn’t get too close.

Managed to get two loads of washing done and dried outside before the heavens opened this afternoon.

Our granddaughter’s bed saga continues - the replacement for the broken part failed to materialise on Friday (the delivery company had ‘misplaced’ it). Delivery was promised for Saturday ‘first thing’ - but that too has not happened and now the tracking shows delivery for Sunday. Unfortunately the customer services people do not appear to work weekends - so we cannot find out what is going on. So I may or may not be going to build a bed on Sunday.
