Day 315

Well, this morning I slept in until..... wait for it.... 10am!!! It was awesome!

When we had finally dragged our lazy bums out of bed, we headed out into the village for a spot of shopping, where I bought (and look away now if you're easily offended by the "C" word) some Christmas decorations! They were really pretty, traditional baubles, and I love them. No prizes for guessing what came next.... Yes, another lazy lunch accompanied by some yummy fruity Sangria.

We headed back to the apartment for a quick change and to pack, when we quickly realised that buying new clothes and Christmas decorations when you only have a carry on bag as your luggage that was already full on the way here is maybe not the BEST idea in the world. We wouldn't be beaten though, and somehow we managed to cram everything in.

This was the beautiful scene at dusk (which was bizarre as a few hours earlier we'd been caught in a hailstone shower!), with the lower part of the village nestled into the hillside.
