The big stroppy tortoises in the garden get all the attention, so here's a pic of Shelly, the juvenile 4¨ long one given by friends a couple of years ago, and the first one I`ve had here. When she's a bit bigger I may let her take her chances with the bruisers outside, but for now she lives in a box where it's cooler. At up to 39 degrees it's not fit for man nor beast out there.
