counting the stripes

Today was stock take day I thought 1st thing we was going to be counting raindrops  as we had a massive thunder storm in the early hours of the morning and was still going on when I got up at 6.00.  Thankfully it soon dried up so didnt cause to many problems for us. It did start again around 6.30 this evening but thankfully we was able to spend time counting timber in the sheds. We will finish off in the morning the rest of the outside items.
This shot was taken of a caterpillar I spotted working its way across the yard during a nice dry sunny spell It is the caterpillar of the cinnabar moth . It is still very hot despite talk of the rain cooling things down.
