Total Cheat....!!!!!

I made this Lemon Meringue Pie for my daughter who was coming home this evening to mind Mel as myself and hubby are going to Wexford for a couple of days celebrating our Wedding Anniversary!
I say cheat because this is the easiest LM pie you could ever make and also one of the nicest I’ve tasted as I find they can be a dreadful disappointment when bought out....!
It’s a Mary Berry recipe and she doesn’t joke when she says it’s a cheats version......the secret is in the tin of condensed milk!!!
