Cane & able.

After watching Outlander last night, we went to bed to read. I hadn't been reading for two minutes when I developed a migraine. I got up and took two Migraleve's and it went quite  quickly, but I have never had a migraine at that time of night before, so I think it's to do with atmospherics, and the change in air quality. Anyway, I was okay this morning, thank goodness, as I was a volunteer at Open Church, and although we didn't get many visitors, we did get the regular church goers who are now my friends, and a good time was had by all. After leaving the church I arranged to meet J in Aldi, and took this shot outside the antique shop.
