I worked at someone else's desk for part of today, as they don't work a Monday. He had worked Friday, and left me a nice wee half cup of coffee! I suppose he didn't know it would be me sitting there, or maybe he'd have left tea- I prefer tea!

Dad blipped last night, I got really poorly after overdoing it at the gym and was very sick. I feel better tonight and will learn from it!
