Carnival - the balloon seller

Every year the seaside town of Deal has Regatta week and on the Thursday, at 7 o'clock in the evening, there is a street carnival. All sorts of floats go along the street with children and adults alike dressing up and taking part. It is great fun and the whole town turns out to watch and take part.
