Pensive Pushin

There is a strong smell of turps around the house today. We have emerging windowsills in the kitchen. I was consequently distracted from blipping.

Pushkin who mostly divides his time between the airing cupboard, my bed and the kitchen, was resting at the top of the stairs and probably working on his next iambic pentameter.

Poland today is still suffering yesterday's riots which the various extreme right wing groups thought a fitting tribute to independence and were moved to manifest their strong patriotic feelings. People are starting to air their opinions more loudly in opposing people with such views. It is worrying.
