Anti Social Behaviour

It was disappointing to see this scene near home this morning. We’re required to put out bins for collection before 6:30 am, which often means people put the bins out the previous evening. It was a calm evening, so I’m pretty sure that this mess was caused by someone (some people) passing by late at night.

I’ll always struggle to understand what makes people do something like this!
