Volunteers

I met up with Corinthian Column this morning and together we walked from HB to Mytholmroyd, and after stopping off for lunch we returned to HB via a different route.   On the way we met these 15 - 17 yr old volunteers who are part of the National Citizen Service and are helping to clear the invasive Himalayan balsam and other debris from the River Calder in Hebden Bridge.
I know at least three of them fall into the 15 - 17 year old category.....-:).
A most enjoyable outing.   Here's to the next one.
