Giraffes

We haven’t been to unlock our front door since we got back from our holidays but fortunately we tend to use the backdoor most of the time. This morning the locksmith came out to fix the lock and then he was followed by the chimney sweep who came to give our chimney its biennial clean out. The sweep was also able to release one of the levers in our stove that has never really worked properly.

This afternoon I had to go into Edinburgh. One of the assistants in Lewis’s told me that its going to rain for the next 4 days. We need the rain - but surely 4 days continual rain is too much!

I really like these two giraffes who are wandering up the path outside the Playhouse Theatre and the Omni Centre
