Watts memorial Cloister

I popped into Compton cemetery on my way to visit a friend who lives near Guildford, today.
I do love the hillside location of the chapel and cemetery with this impressive cloister which houses a memorial to artist George Watts. (1817-1904)
It was designed by his wife Mary in the lovely red brick, Italianate style and completed in 1907
