Today was HOT!!

I collapsed in the garden after work while the boys jumped in and out of the pool. When ZQ went back inside, Noo went a bit gung-ho with the water pistols.

Down to Bexhill for the race series this evening. 500m for Noo, a mile for ZQ (2nd in the boys race) and 5k for GravyC.
