Butterfly in flower

Another bright, sunny day and already very warm by 8am. Molly and I walked down to meet Henry and his owner to go for a walk in the woods this morning. I decided to take the camera with me just in case I spotted anything and was glad I did. As we walked down the vennel I noticed this butterfly inside a flower so quickly snapped it.
We enjoyed our woodland walk as it was nice and shady. Once home I made some blackcurrant jam as I had picked berries yesterday afternoon and got on with some household chores.
We'll be out in the garden this afternoon provided it's not too hot and there are not too many thrips around. They get everywhere and make you feel really itchy.
