Where there's a will.....

I can no longer walk far enough to get to my favourite beach on Iona, a really special place. Compromise, hire a bike and walk/cycle until I got there. Snag, the hire bikes have no gears and no brakes. To stop, you simply pedal backwards! First time on a bike for over 30 years didn't help. But this is me on the last leg and I made it to the Monks Strand!!!

The inhabitants and wildlife of Iona were heartily relieved when I returned the bike to the shop.
