Misty had a lovely surprise this morning as I took her to meet her best friend who is walking Hadrian's Wall path with her owners and some relations.  They started this morning from Bowness on Solway and I walked from the village and met them in Port Carlisle walking with them for a little way.   Misty's friend who usually has a long and thick coat has been clipped especially for the trek which they will do over eight days and are not planning on doing the last section as they've done it numerous times in the past.  After we left them I took Misty down to the marsh for a paddle and swim as the tide was in.  She was very happy :)
