Water rail versus swallow?

I headed out for lunch today followed by half an hour in my favourite bird hide. No kingfisher but had a moorhen with a baby, terns, a marsh harrier and a reed warbler. Highlight of the day though was nearly lost in the melee . I though to begin with was a baby moorhen but then realised it was the illusive water rail.
My best shots of the day were of a swallow sat on a wire but my blip had to be the more rare water rail.
