Redcurrants
I have never seen such an abundant crop of redcurrants. There are so many that we don't know what to do with them. All recipes will be gratefully received.
All we can do right now is to freeze what we cannot make juice with. Jam has been tried. Not a success. Wouldn't set. Pectin has been bought. Maybe that might work.
