Gooseberries

I spent a busy day helping Jane complete her B&B preparation. It's all looking very nice and she has her first guest arriving on Friday! August is now as fully booked as she wants - and all in the space of two weeks!
We had a gooseberry crumble, I have a very good bush that always has a large crop of sweet berries. I don't usually get around to picking them as they are not popular with everyone, but Andrew is delighted to get a pudding!
