Sheer indulgence....

The coolest place to be this afternoon; in the shade of the plum tree. Sadly no plums this year. I asked D to take the photo.

I did go to the gym this morning and have done my chores....

Gail had a CAT scan today. It took two hours to get there and three to get back. Results in two weeks. When I spoke to her just now, she was exhausted and desperate for the nurse to come and take her body brace off. Her son is there and he puts it on in the morning but the evening has been regularly given to the nurse.
