Cooling Off!

Which is what these jars of piccalilli and me are doing.
On the hottest day of the year I decided to make 4 jars of the stuff as (a) my last jar is nearly empty and (b) friends want some and (c) I shopped for the ingredients today.
Also caught up on the washing which dried in record time.  Might tackle the ironing this evening if the temperature goes down a bit.
