Too early

when I went to view the inside of the Dome which eventually opened at the weekend officially.

It's been a very ,very long time in coming.
I really wanted to Blip the beautiful flower bed as I had seen photos of it in the paper. As you can see its a mess.

I asked a workman and he said that was an Artists impression.
If you're going for a look this is all you will see.

I wasn't going to hang around until 12 o clock so came home for a coffee and saved myself £3. 
It's 11am now and the new road is laid ;)
